– You Don’t Have To Carry It All

How do you manage stress?

I’m at a point in my life where I just cannot take any further stress about things. Either I try to sleep it off, or I overthink until, boom, my migraine gets triggered! And when I get too tired and exhausted, I just pray. Because honestly, there is something so peaceful about turning to Allah when your mind is overwhelmed and your heart feels heavy. When you actually pray, it heals you, calms your nerves, and gives you a sense of peace that is sometimes difficult to find elsewhere.

Over time, I’ve realised that not everything needs an immediate solution. Sometimes, we stress over things we cannot control, exhausting ourselves over situations that may never happen. I try to divert my mind and remind myself that worrying won’t change the outcome; it will only steal my peace. Sometimes, you just need to let go, take a break, and trust Allah with what you cannot control.

Lastly, surround yourself with people you can be your true self around, without any shields or filters. People you can vent to without fear of judgment, knowing they’ll understand, support you, and make you feel safe enough to be yourself 🤍

– Everything Finds Its Way 💫

What’s a personal mantra or philosophy you live by?

I believe you should never worry too much or force things into your life. What’s meant for you will find its way to you, and what isn’t won’t. I think this applies to everything, from the fruit you eat and the clothes you wear to the food you’re nourished by and the people you meet. Every little thing that enters our lives is part of something bigger, even if we don’t understand it in the moment. I’ve learned to trust that what’s meant to be in my life will find me without me having to stress over it, and even when something goes wrong, I believe it happened the way it was supposed to. Sometimes, you just have to let go, trust God, and let Him unfold His plan.

Humility

Never climb so high you lose the sound of footsteps on the ground; for pride can build a fragile throne that topples at the slightest sound.

The One who spins the galaxies can turn a moment with a breath— the page you thought was yours to write can change in ways you never guessed.

So walk with grace, keep kindness close, and wear your victories lightly still; for life can shift like sudden wind, and fortune bends to Heaven’s will.

Stay humble as the seasons turn, for none of us stand tall alone. and those who honor every heart find blessing woven in their own.

Empty hearts make the loudest noise, shouting for all to see their presence; but those who know themselves need no stage, they walk in quiet strength, and still, the world sees them clearly— a lesson from my beloved Aba and Dadi.
